Clarity and Transparency

In principle we determine our fees with reference to the following criteria:  

• commercial significance of the matter;
• complexity of the legal issues; and
• time required.

 

As a general rule we charge for our services on the basis of hourly rates, which vary depending on the seniority of the responsible attorney and the relevant legal subject matter. Our hourly rates currently vary between € 210,00 and € 400,00 plus statutory VAT. The applicable hourly rate is agreed with our client at the outset of a matter.

 

Further Fee Structures

Depending on the type and subject-matter of the case, it may be possible to agree on a fee structure to suit your individual circumstances. Possible arrangements are: flat-fee agreement, contingency fee, or modification of the statutory fee.
