A focal point of our practice is establishing distribution channels in foreign jurisdictions. For example, we have successfully established distribution systems for clients in North America and Australia as well as in Western and Eastern Europe. On the basis of an initial sales concept, prepared in close consultation with our client and with the assistance of local law firms, accountants and tax advisors, we advise and assist our clients in the implementation of their international distribution channels.
